To set up an automatic vacation reply message from the IST email, access webmail and follow the following procedure:
- Click on the “Settings” action button in the upper right corner.
- Select the “Vacation” tab.
- In the “Reply message” tab, fill the fields:
- Subject – the subject of the message to be sent
- Body – the content of the message to be sent
- Vacation start – insert the vacation’s start date
- Vacation end – insert the vacation’s end date
- Status – enable this option, by changing its status to On.
- Click Save.
