Is there any version of WithSecure Client Security (or any other anti-virus software) that is effective against ransomware attacks? There is no version that detects ransomware. This is because this type of attack is difficult to detect, since it installs itself on the computer memory, and not on the disk. The best antivirus softwares invest in prevention and in helping users to keep their apps always up-to-date on their computer.
I have the WithSecure Client Security 12.33 installed, but there are no updates. Why?
That version is no longer supported. Please install a newer version.
I installed version 15.30 on Windows 11. Afterwards, the programme became unavailable. Why? Because Windows Defender uninstalled WithSecure. Please choose which software you wish to keep in your device.
I can´t update on WithSecure C.S. Premium 14.23 installed on my PC (W11 Pro version 25H2). What todo? Upgrade WithSecure to the lastest version, because version 14 is retired.
