How to make calls between INESC-ID and IST extensions?

  • Call an INESC-ID extension from IST:

You should dial the known extension, with prefix 49.

  • Call an IST extension from INESC-ID:

To make a call to Alameda or Tagus Park campus, you should dial the known extension with prefix 48.

Example: To call Alameda campus general number, dial 481000. To call Tagus Park campus general number, dial 485000.
