The IST Root Certification Authority certificate can be obtained at http://pki.ist.utl.pt.
Three types of certificates can be downloaded:
- Download as PEM (Privacy Enhanced Mail) – a type of certificates for e-mail, websites and other kind of services
- Download to Firefox – the certificate for the Mozilla Firefox browser
- Download to Internet Explorer – the certificate for the Internet Explorer browser
The certificate must be installed as “CA”, “Root CA” or “Root Certifying Entity”, depending on the designation given by the operating system.
