SmartIES is the new portal and functional module of Fénix, developed by Instituto Superior Técnico, designed to enhance the presentation and usability of the Processes (SmartFlow) and Forms (SmartForms) portals, offering a simpler and more integrated experience.

This new platform aims to:

• Unify the Processes and Forms portals;
• Simplify access to relevant information at each moment;
• Clearly highlight the processes that require attention;
• Improve visibility over the overall status and progress of processes.
