New version of RT system

Following an update to the RT version planned for the second week of June 2026, some platform features will be changed, namely:

  • In ticket management, there are now four buttons instead of the usual “Reply”, “Comment” and “Forward” buttons:

    which correspond, from left to right, to “Change contrast” (new feature), “Reply”, “Comment” and “Forward”.
  • When viewing the ticket information, it is now possible to edit the information directly by using the pencil button on the upper right corner of the box:
  • The data related to “Links” and “Basics” are only editable from within the ticket display boxes. The ticket menu option are now as follows:
  • When creating a new ticket using the upper right option, the Queue is now selected when creating the request, and not before selecting the button.
  • The Bookmarked Tickets symbol is now a bookmark instead of a star:

There are also some new features, namely:

  • When a queue/search result is displayed, is it now possible to filter tickets using the filter icon:
  • When a set of tickets is displayed, it is now possible to change some tickets fields without opening the ticket, using the pencil icon, which is displayed when the mouse hovers over the field. The fields are: Title, Status, Queue, Owner, Priority, among others:
  • When opening a ticket from a search result, it is now possible to open others without returning to the queue display, using the following buttons:

    which represent, from left to right, “Return to search (or queue)”, “First ticket”, “Previous ticket”, “Next ticket”, “Last ticket”, “Settings”.
  • In a ticket, is it possible to filter by various interactions, using the filter button:
  • Instead of displaying tickets in a table format, it is now also possible to view tickets in the calendar format, displaying tickets by the date of last update:
