The Ignition event of the FenixEdu project is integrated in the XXI SINFO. On Thursday, February 27, the team of the FenixEdu project will be participating in SINFO, throughout the day.
10:00am – 05:20pm \ Workshops – Room 01.1 (Congress Center)
Members of the FenixEdu project team will be permanently available to perform demos and answer questions about the project. During the SINFO session breaks we will be hosting instant workshops (15 min.) on the development of API-based applications. There will also be small challenges that will be awarded with symbolic prizes. Food bytes and coffee will be available.
5:30pm \ FenixEdu Ignition Awards – Grand Amphitheatre (Congress Center)
Short talk about the current status of the FenixEdu project. Award ceremony for the Ignition contest (applications based on the new API). Award ceremony for the best sentence on the FenixEdu project.
All the students of IST can enter for the chance to win a smartphone by writing a short sentence about the FenixEdu project. The student that writes the best sentence and attends the session at 5:30pm, in the Grand Amphitheatre, will be awarded with a Samsung Ace 3 (GT-S7275). The sentences can be submitted at http://fenixedu.org/ignition (Call for Sentences).
