  1. I work at a Técnico´s laboratory and we´ll buy a new Windows PC to attach to a lab equipment (not for teaching). If we also buy a OEM Windows license, can we upgrade the system to another edition included at Campus licensing?

    Yes, as the new PC is for lab equipment operation and a basic Windows license is present. So you can install the upgrades included at Técnico and Microsoft Campus enrollment.
