Ticket Service Update – RT

An update to the Ticketing Service used by Técnico, Request Tracker (RT), is scheduled to happen during the afternoon of June 9. During this update, the service will be unavailable for some hours, and is expected to return to normal on 10 June.
We apologise for the disturbances that may happen during this period.
This update will affect the RT system, both visually and in terms of features. The following page was created to sum up some of the changes.
