To simplify communication with the Técnico community, IT Services have a unit of user support, named User Support Center (NSU), whose mission is to support and enlighten users so that they can effectively use the services and applications provided by the SI.

DSI central services are located at the main building of IST (commonly known as Pavilhão Central).
The IT Services of Instituto Superior Técnico provide in person assistance from Monday to Friday* at the following times:
- 09:30 – 12:30
- 14:00 – 16:30
*Services are closed on Thursday afternoons.

Services at Taguspark
DSI services are located at the 1st floor of Block D, room 1.46.
